Overnight/Shelter Manager
Tom Partridge
He/Him
Originally from Ireland, Tom came to Canada in 2015, bringing with him a deep commitment to supporting vulnerable communities. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Social Studies and is a trained addiction counsellor. With over 15 years of experience in residential supports and harm reduction—both in Ireland and Canada—Tom has consistently dedicated his career to those facing complex challenges.
His passion for this work was shaped by his early life. Growing up with the stability of strong family support, Tom became aware—through friendships and lived experience—that many others were not afforded the same security. This understanding of how circumstances beyond a person’s control can shape their future inspired him to pursue a career grounded in compassion and advocacy.
Tom considers it a privilege to work with Participants, and he approaches every interaction with the goal of offering support, dignity, and a sense of security wherever it’s needed most.
